Job Title: Front Office Coordinator
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Front Office Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, manage front desk operations, and support administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
* Manage incoming calls and visitor reception with professionalism and warmth
* Handle routine administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and coordinating office supplies
* Maintain an organized and efficient workspace to support team productivity
* Collaborate with various departments to assist with administrative duties as needed
* Support plans, policies, and procedures to enhance marketing and communication objectives
* Assist Finance Team as required
* Electronic filing and archiving of drawings, plans, etc.
* Update database
* General administration duties for all departments
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years experience in a similar position
* Intermediate to Advanced MS Office skills and experience with CRM
* Certificate in Business Administration is highly regarded
* Self-motivated and passionate professional
* A preparedness to learn and adopt new technology and work practices
* Ability to multi-task
Benefits:
* $70-75K + Super
* 8.30 am - 5.00 pm Monday to Friday working hours
