Job Description
PHE's mining division is seeking a highly skilled QA/QC inspector to join their team. The role will involve providing oversight of direct labor forces on allocated projects, ensuring delivery of works to a high standard, on time, and within set parameters.
This position will be based at a remote mine site in South Australia, working a 2 & 1 roster (12-hour days).
The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and ensuring safe work practices, complying with all WHS and Environmental Acts and Regulations. They will also assist in the development and management of handover work packs, ITPs, and FTRs, maintain electrical worker and calibration registers, develop manufacturer's data reports, interpret drawings, plans, and diagrams for electrical installations and circuitry, verify red-line drawings for accuracy, participate in client punch list walkdowns, liaise with and report to external clients, and coordinate and promote continuous quality improvement initiatives.

About You
* A Trade Certification or AQF Certificate Level 3 Electrotechnology
* A current Electrical Licence (South Australian preferred or eligible to transfer)
* A White/Blue Construction Card
* A current Driver's License
* A minimum of 2 years' experience working as a QA/QC E&I Inspector, Electrical Supervisor, Commissioning Supervisor, Electrical Control Engineer or similar
* A strong commitment to safety, customer satisfaction, and quality standards
* A high attention to detail
* The ability to meet project targets under pressure
* The ability to read and interpret construction and commissioning schedules
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong computer literacy and a willingness to learn and apply corporate software systems
