What you'll doLead, develop and sustain a high‐performing team supporting the delivery of Finance related functions across LYB. Provide end‐to‐end financial leadership for the station, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting and delivery of accurate, insight‐driven financial advice to management and the Board. Ensure strong financial governance, compliance and risk management, including statutory reporting, tax, cash and debt management, external audits, and effective financial controls. Drive effective systems, processes and continuous improvement, overseeing payroll, expenses, records management, finance policies, settlements coordination and ongoing optimisation of financial operations. What you'll needTertiary qualification in Commerce, Accounting or a relevant discipline is essential. Membership as a Certified Practicing Accountant or Chartered Accountant is required. Experience working in a power station environment, or within the energy industry. Demonstrated experience leading and managing a complex workforce. Experience in presenting financial information at board level.
