Your Role:
As a Community Support Worker, you will be an integral part of our team, providing support and guidance to clients in their community.
Key Responsibilities:
* Enable clients to participate in activities that promote their independence and confidence.
* Teach life skills with patience, empathy, and creativity.
* Assist with personal care tasks in a compassionate and respectful manner.
* Develop personalized behaviour plans that cater to each client's unique needs.
* Communicate effectively with clients' families to ensure seamless support.
* Transport clients to programs using our trusty vehicle.
* Maintain accurate records and stay organized to ensure efficient service delivery.
Our ideal candidate is available to work a minimum of 3 days per week, Monday to Friday, between 7 AM and 9 PM.
