Working in Sales:

For the Nintex sales organization, the success of our customers and partners is at the center of everything we do. We're seeking experienced sales professionals that are not only driven to succeed but align with our values and culture.

About the role:

As an Account Executive you focus on prospecting for new deals and customers in the mid-market, responsible for deal progression and closing.

You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth byidentifying, prospecting, and nurturing new business opportunities within the SaaS industry. Your focus will be on promoting our software products and services, understanding the unique needs of ourprospects, and delivering tailored solutions.

Your contribution will be:

Sales Prospecting and Lead Generation:

* Identifynew business opportunities and markets, thinking big to drive revenue growth, developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies that align with companyobjectives.
* Conduct thorough research, capture prospect roadmaps during discovery calls to fully understand long term companyobjectives, the needs and pain points to present customized software solutions.
* Initiate andmaintainrelationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
* Act as a customer advocate within the company, respond and route all queries/questions within assigned customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any issues promptly.
* Build and execute on territory plans to drive seamless execution of new logo pursuits.
* Convert leads into opportunities, andsubsequentlyinto customers, byutilizingthe Nintex sales process and the sales support resources.

Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:

* Utilize strong product knowledge and technical acumen to conduct effective, high-level demos before bringing in Sales Engineers, connecting prospects' businessobjectivesto specific Nintex solutions.
* Draw on value messaging to conduct product demonstrations and presentations toshowcaseour software, emphasizing their value and benefits.
* Manage andmaintaina robust sales pipeline.
* Keepaccuraterecords of interactions, sales activities, and opportunities in Salesforce

Negotiation and Closing:

* Overcome objections, negotiate terms and pricing, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
* Close deals by understanding customer needs anddemonstratinghow our products or services meet those needs.
* Cultivate andleveragerelationships with Channel Partners to source and closeadditionalopportunities.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams and other departments to ensure a smooth/seamless transition of new customers to ensure customer success and satisfaction.

Market and Industry Knowledge:

* Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, market/product dynamics and emergingtechnologies, sharing relevant information with customers,answertheir questions, andclosecompetitive deals.

To be successful, we think you need:

* Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing or Business or a related field is preferred .
* Proventrack recordin mid-market/volume sales ideally in a SaaS organization (2-5yrs).
* Strong understanding of technical software solutions and their applications.
* Experience in Microsoft and/orSalesforce environmentpreferred.
* Strong negotiation and closing skills
* Ability to exceed targets
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
* Problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
* Analytical skills to assess customer usage data to derive insights.
* Excellent interpersonal skills; Ahigh levelof trust and integrity, great influencer, respected by partners and customers.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
