Position: Construction Manager – Subdivisions
Location: North or South of the River, Perth
Salary: $200K–$220K + Super + Company Vehicle
We're seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead subdivision projects across multiple sites. This is a senior leadership role, ideal for a seasoned Project Manager ready to step up. You'll oversee a high-performing team of Project Managers, Engineers, Supervisors, and Coordinators, driving project delivery, team performance, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the project delivery team across subdivisions
* Oversee day-to-day site and office operations
* Mentor and develop project managers and supervisors
* Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
* Contribute to strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives
* Support company performance through leadership and collaboration
