4 Healthcare Recruitment is partnering with a growing allied health provider delivering therapy services across Melbourne. The organisation has developed a strong reputation for supporting clinicians with structured supervision, flexible working models and manageable caseloads.
The Role
As an Occupational Therapist, you will provide therapy services to clients across paediatrics, adults and aged care within clinic and community settings. The position follows a structured weekly model, allowing clinicians to balance clinical work with administrative time. Caseload locations currently include Box Hill and Blackburn clinics, with community‐based work across the Northern suburbs including Broadmeadows.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Conducting functional assessments and therapy interventions
* Supporting clients with independence and daily living skills
* Completing reports including Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA)
* Collaborating with families, carers and other allied health professionals
* Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
Qualifications / Essentials
* Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
* Current AHPRA registration
* National Police Check and Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
