Key Responsibilities
* Manage internal administration and operational functions to meet client expectations.
* Prepare monthly reporting and statutory compliance for the business.
* Liaise and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Oversee administration and finance teams, ensuring ongoing training and development.
* Deliver HR support duties, recruitment, performance reviews, and OHS compliance.
* Process payroll, super guarantee payments, and associated obligations.
* Prepare annual budget and management reports.
* Manage IT infrastructure with an external provider and recommend improvements.
* Develop and implement a marketing plan.
* Attend to practice administration tasks.
Requirements
* 5+ years of experience managing a similar firm.
* Tertiary qualifications, ideally CPA or CA.
* Strong financial reporting and compliance expertise.
* Solid knowledge of legislative and regulatory requirements.
* High-level ability using Xero and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Leadership, mentoring, and coaching skills.
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
