We have an exciting new opportunity for a Receptionist to join our team at our mixed NHS and private practice in Ipswich.Our Practice Team is at the heart of our business, and we want everyone to feel their role is a vocation, not just a job.This is a part-time opportunityWorking Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 08:15 to 17:15.There will also be a requirement to cover our full-time receptionist during absences, and some compulsory training may be outside of working hours.Role PurposeThe role involves providing high-quality reception and administration services to ensure patient satisfaction, delivering excellent service, and contributing to practice efficiency, effectiveness, and profitability, in line with GDC guidelines and practice policies.
