Errinundra to Snowy Registered Nurse - Bendoc
Position: Registered Nurse
Type: Fixed-Term until 30 June 2026
Hours: 8 hours per week (Job Sharing available)
The Errinundra to Snowy Program Governance Group is seeking applications from Registered Nurses to provide client care in the Wellness Space in Bendoc one day per week.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing care plans and referral pathways
2. Liaising with General Practitioners and other health providers as needed
3. Documenting progress notes in clinical information systems
4. Maintaining clinical equipment stock levels
5. Collecting accurate service statistics
6. Meeting regularly with nurses delivering care at Goongerah and Tubbut to ensure consistency
7. Supporting monthly health promotion events
8. Supporting community members to use telehealth equipment at Bendoc
9. Providing verbal reports at the Errinundra to Snowy Governance Group meetings
