Responsibilities Rotate across different teams and clinical areas to build a diverse clinical skillset.
Provide podiatry services across clinical settings, including acute hospital care, community, and outreach services.
Receive regular clinical supervision and mentoring, with dedicated time for professional development (including monthly journal clubs and multidisciplinary education).
Develop a Quality Improvement Project with support from senior staff.
Opportunity to pursue further study in rural generalist practice (e.g., James Cook University Rural Generalist Level 1).
Qualifications Enthusiastic podiatrist with current Authority to Practice with AHPRA.
Interest in rural health and improving outcomes for people in rural communities.
Motivated, flexible, and committed to patient well-being and outcomes.
Keen to build a diverse clinical skillset and learn in a multidisciplinary team.
Committed to evidence-based assessments and treatments.
