**Position**: Workforce Planner
**Location**: West Perth, WA
**Company**: Leading Aged Care Provider
**Salary**: $75,000 - $80,000 + superannuation

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Analyse and optimise workforce rosters to ensure efficient staffing levels.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and priorities.
- Utilise data-driven insights to forecast and plan workforce requirements.
- Monitor and report on workforce performance and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Can Do Attitude!
- Experience with Rostering and or Scheduling.
- Knowledge of aged care industry/awards regulations is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Experience in rostering software/tools highly desired.
