Lead a Catholic School Community
This leadership role involves managing and directing the overall strategy, goals, and operations of a large Catholic school community. It requires strong faith, vision, and people management skills to ensure high-quality education, effective stewardship, and deep connections with families, parish, and the wider community.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leading by example and promoting the Catholic values across all aspects of school life.
* Developing and implementing teaching and learning strategies that meet the diverse needs of students from Reception to Year 12.
* Fostering collaboration and engagement with parents, teachers, and the wider community.
* Implementing strategic plans and master planning initiatives to drive growth and improvement across multiple campuses.
* Managing financial, human, and operational resources effectively.
* Cultivating a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and teamwork among staff and students.
Requirements:
* Being a practicing Catholic in active membership of a Eucharistic community.
* Post-graduate qualifications in educational leadership at Master's level or above.
* Proven experience in leading and collaborating with teams, including senior leaders and staff.
* Registration as a teacher in South Australia and current Working With Children Check.
* Completion of Teacher Accreditation (Catholic Education SA) and RRAN-EC training.
* Willingness to relocate to Whyalla and participate actively in the local parish and community.
