Key Responsibilities
* Manage accounts receivable and payable processes
* Process client invoicing in a timely manner
* Oversee payroll and employee relations, including Wages, STP, superannuation
Maintain the practice trust account, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations
Additional Duties
* Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional customer service
* Liaise with the ATO regarding client debts and lodgements
* Organize electronic and hard copy files efficiently
* Provide administrative support to senior management
