Our community aged care services are seeking a Kitchen Assistant/ Cook to join our supportive team.
In this role, you will assist with food preparation, meal service, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment while supporting the wellbeing of seniors in a group setting.

· Free Italian language classes and cultural activities at Italian Language Centre (ILC) after 6 months.
Key Responsibilties:
· Assist with basic food preparation and cooking
· Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
· Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic kitchen
· Support stock storage and check deliveries
· Assist with special dietary requirements
· Relieve the Centre Cook when required
What you'll need:
· National Police check issued within the last 12 months by the Australian Federal Police
Check or ACIC (purpose of employment Aged Care Staff (Unsupervised/vulnerable)
· Yellow Card/NDIS Worker Screening Check (purpose of employment Disability Care
Staff)
· Current First Aid/CPR Certificate
· Current Australian driver's licence
· A reliable, registered motor vehicle with comprehensive insurance
· Ability to speak another language is an advantage
