Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Warranty Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth delivery of all warranty and safety compliance activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage Warranty Administration: Manage data entry, defect lists, issuing work orders, and coordinating service personnel to ensure efficient warranty processes.
* Respond to Warranty Requests: Respond to warranty requests within 24 hours, providing timely support to customers.
* Schedule Inspections: Schedule and oversee weekly warranty and QA inspections to ensure high-quality standards are met.
* Maintain Compliance: Monitor and review contractor and supplier SWMS via software systems to ensure adherence to WHS legislation, codes of practice, and company procedures.
* Support Team Members: Support direct reports with trade coordination and conflict resolution, as well as prepare WHS and warranty performance reports for monthly reviews.
* Administration Tasks: Assist with construction administration tasks, ensuring high-quality documentation and adherence to timeframes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Experience in Residential Construction: Experience in residential construction, ideally within warranty, maintenance, or site supervision roles.
* WHS Knowledge: A strong understanding of WHS legislation and compliance requirements.
* Defect Management: Experience with defect management systems or post-handover processes.
* Software Skills: Proficiency in using software such as BuildPass, Framework, or similar systems.
* Communication and Organisation: Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
* Time Management: Strong time management and attention to detail.
