The Role
As our Electronics Engineer Team Lead, you will play a key role in transforming customer ideas into innovative, high-quality engineering solutions. Combining hands-on electronic engineering expertise with team coordination, you will oversee engineering projects, contribute to the design and development of electronic products, maintain robust technical processes and nurture strong customer relationships throughout the design journey. Working closely with customers and the Engineering Team, you will help deliver solutions that meet technical standards, achieve customer objectives, and support the successful transition of projects into production.
Skills, Experience and Qualifications
Required:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, specifically in an electronics related field of study
* Typically suited to engineers with 7+ years' design experience
* Highly skilled at using Altium Designer software
* Team coordination and project management expertise
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Current and unrestricted rights to work in Australia on an ongoing basis
