We provide courageous, considered and forward-thinking consulting support to leaders and teams driving positive change.ResponsibilitiesThe Learning Consultant plays a pivotal role in supporting the planning, coordination, and implementation of learning and development initiatives for a One ERP implementation. This role focuses on project managing and supporting the end-to-end One ERP curriculum design process, including training development, stakeholder engagement, review cycles, and reporting. The Learning Consultant works collaboratively with the Learning Lead and Experience Design Lead to ensure that learning solutions are aligned with organisational goals and meet compliance, quality, and learner experience standards.The successful candidate will have a strong background in learning project coordination (both technical writing and instructional design, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced global environment spanning time zones across the US, EMEA and Asia Pacific.Key Roles and Responsibilities:1. Project Management and Curriculum Design CoordinationSupport the project management of curriculum design by coordinating timelines, milestones, and deliverables across various learning streams.Act as a liaison between instructional designers, technical writers, subject matter experts (SMEs), and the Learning Lead / Experience Design Lead to ensure alignment of learning outcomes, formats, and timelines.Ensure all training initiatives are properly scoped, resourced, and aligned with business priorities.Maintain and update curriculum roadmaps and training calendars in collaboration with key stakeholders.2. Training Development OversightCoordinate the development and deployment of various training modalities, including eLearnings, instructor-led training (ILT), virtual ILT, and documentation.Track development progress and escalate any delays or issues to the Learning Lead and project stakeholders.Support quality assurance processes to ensure training materials meet regulatory and compliance standards.3. Tracking and Reporting of Learning PlansManage and coordinate the implementation and maintenance of training tracking systems (e.g., LMS dashboards, spreadsheets, project management tools).Regularly update the Learning Lead and stakeholders with progress reports, dashboards, and summaries regarding the status of training programs.Monitor training completion rates, learner feedback, and performance indicators to inform continuous improvement.4. SOP and Learning Content Review Cycle ManagementCoordinate the regular review and update cycles of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in collaboration with the Learning Lead.Schedule and manage review timelines, stakeholder engagement, and feedback incorporation to ensure compliance and currency of SOPs.Support the Experience Design Lead in managing review cycles for digital learning assets, including eLearnings and ILT materials.Track version control and ensure all updates are documented and communicated effectively.5. Stakeholder Engagement and CommunicationServe as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders on training status, issues, and updates.Facilitate meetings and communications related to training design, review, and delivery.Provide support for learner inquiries and troubleshooting related to learning content and access.6.
