Alton is currently looking for Office Administration who would like to transfer their skills into a recruitment role

For over 20 years Alton has enjoyed a reputation for providing recruitment services to many of the major Australian businesses. We are looking for an individual that is driven to succeed and grow with our company.

This is an excellent opportunity to upskill and transfer your administration skills to further and progress into a recruitment role. Training will be provided.

We are a busy provider of labour hire services and have a strong client base.

You will be responsible for screening our applicants, getting them work ready. Admin tasks include answering calls ,data entry, reference checks and preparation of CVs and updating our data base.

**Your Role**:

- Managing staffing requirements in the very fast and busy labour hire industry/ability to work under pressure
- Phone screening
- Booking interviews
- Filling daily /weekly rosters for numerous clients
- Process weekly time sheets
- Use of CRM ( internal system ) training provided
- Have analytical and problem solving skills
- Work well in a growing team and have commitment to the team's success as well as your own
- Be able to work independently and unsupervised

**Key Selection Criteria**:

- Min. 2 years' of Recruitment experience
- Full working rights in Australia
- Ability to work under pressure
- Available Monday - Friday 8am - 4.30pm
- Ability to undertake multiple tasks
- Excellent communication skills
- Organised, detailed and work well under pressure
- Excellent communication and 'people' skills.
- A confident and positive attitude.
- The ability to work under pressure
- Good organisational and administrative skills.
- The ability to work well in a team.

**What's in it for you.**

This is a full time role, Monday - Friday 8am - 4,30pm with one flexible RDO per month

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Morning shift
- Overtime

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Footscray VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
