As we scale, we're looking for a Payroll Manager to lead our payroll function across the ANZ Group Entities. This is more than just numbers. It's a player/coach role, it's transformation and it is the opportunity to shape a best-in-class payroll function within a business that backs its people.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Leading end to end Australian and New Zealand payroll processing.
* Ensuring full compliance with local legislation, awards and EBA's.
* Partnering closely with HR and Senior stakeholders across the business
* Leading a payroll system implementation project
* Coaching and developing a high performing payroll team.
About YOU:
You're a hands-on payroll expert and people leader. You know how to run a seamless pay cycle but also how to lead change, manage risk and build trusted partnerships across the business.
* Proven leadership in end-to-end payroll operations in Australia (NZ experience is a strong plus)
* Strong technical understanding of local payroll legislation, STP, Superannuation, Tax and compliance
* Experience leading or participating in payroll system upgrades or implementations
* Approachable, collaborating and thrive in a fast paced, growing environment
* Exceptional attention to detail, integrity and stakeholder engagement.
