Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and present financial performance reports, maintenance schedules and property management issues.
* Lead a team of professionals - including Trust Accounts and Operations support specialists.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
* Conduct research on industry trends and best practices for informed decision-making.
* Support the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
* Provide administrative assistance to the Owners Corporation team as needed.
We are seeking a highly motivated Owners Corporation professional. This new portfolio will be built through organic growth - ultimately consisting of ~750 Lots of Tier 2 properties.
Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years experience in Owners Corporation Management or Assistant roles.
* Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, Law, Economics or Real Estate.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, PropertyIQ, Asana.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Current driver's license and vehicle.
* 2 days WFH per week.
