THE COMPANY:
Engineering & Pipe Welding (EPW) is a Structural, Mechanical and Piping company operating from a Fabrication Workshop in Sumner Park, approximately 18km southwest of Brisbane, QLD. Since its inception in 2006, EPW has completed a diverse range of projects, while specializing in Oil & Gas Pipe Welding and related Structural Steelwork.
THE CURRENT ROLES AVAILABLE:
EPW is currently looking for Pipe Fitters and Pipe Welders, Boilermakers and TAs for current works. EPW specializes in the fabrication and Welding of small and medium size piping and Structural Steelwork. These positions will be workshop-based, with the option for local site work if desired.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Required:
Pipe Welders:
GTAW welding, ability to pass DN50 XS 6G carbon and stainless steel weld test
GMAW-S (STT) / FCAW welding, ability to pass DN50 XS GMAW-S (STT) 1G and ~DN150 XS 1G carbon steel weld test. Help and practice available provided before weld test to get comfortable with settings and environment.
