As a Speech Pathologist in our Midland clinic, you will be responsible for maintaining a mixed caseload, serving both in our clinic, as well as out in the community Our purpose is clear, and we want you to work with a team of Allied Health Professionals with unwavering determination, pursuing excellence and pushing boundaries to improve lives and lead in our field Ready to make a REAL difference?

About your new role:
- Drive and lead your own caseload, delivering exceptional care to our participants
- Delivering high-quality, person-centred speech therapy to a wide range of NDIS participants.
- Participating in peer consultations with other disciplines to achieve client outcomes.
- Working with clients to set achievable goals that will support them to function more independently.
- Reporting: Report disciplinary or grievance incidents, assist in record-keeping and data tracking, and provide necessary reports to senior management.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:
- Completed Bachelor AND/OR Masters degree in Speech Pathology
- Full SPA Registration (or eligible on graduation)
- Valid Australian driver's licence and access to a car
- Unrestricted Australian work rights
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to cultivate and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
