About the Role:

* We are seeking a skilled administrator to join our team, providing exceptional member service and supporting our staff in delivering health and wellness programs.
* The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, administering bookings and schedules, and ensuring timely reminders.
* This role requires a high attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a passion for health and wellbeing.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide excellent customer service: Ensure members' needs are met, answer questions promptly, and offer support where needed.
2. Administer bookings and schedules: Manage the booking system, coordinate session schedules, and ensure timely reminders.
3. Maintain accurate records: Keep member and financial data up-to-date and accurate.
4. Support membership engagement: Assist in retaining and growing membership through communication, follow-ups, and helping with new member onboarding.
5. Assist with communication: Manage emails, phone calls, and other digital channels to maintain clear and timely communication.
6. Contribute to centre operations: Support the day-to-day operations and work with the team to maintain high standards of the centre.
7. Participate in events: Assist in organizing local events, promotions, and networking opportunities to engage with the community.

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in a busy, customer-facing role (preferably in health, wellness, or medical settings) is required. You should be comfortable managing face-to-face and virtual communications with members.
