Title: Performance and Reward Analyst

**The opportunity**
This role will work across the People Team, providing assistance and guidance to Line Management across the ANZ business, using technical and professional skills/knowledge, on a range of Performance & Reward policies, programs and practices. As an integral member of the Reward Team this role will also collaborate on all cyclical activities undertaken by the team. Additionally, this role will act as Compensation Partner in Workday for all business processes associated with reward.
**How will I help?**
Key accountabilities include:
- Support the Head of Performance and Reward, Reward & Performance and Reward Consultants and the Global Performance and Reward team on all operational aspects associated with the delivery of the annual cyclical bonus & remuneration review
- Manage routine variable remuneration operations (calculation & processing) across the Company
- Act as the first point of contact for all People Services, Payroll and Recruitment queries
- Providing interpretation and counsel to Line Management regarding Performance & Reward policies, programs and practices
- Researching Reward issues and making recommendations to resolve Line Management problems.
- Conducting research & analysis into market practice, internal equity & external competitiveness to deliver high quality benchmarking services
- Acts as the point of contact for all Benefit queries within the People Team and for escalated queries from broader business
- Supporting the updating of Modern Award and Collective Agreement rates to Workday compensation profiles, including forward planning for rate changes on a cyclical basis
- Contribute to the effective governance of the global job family framework
**What do I need?**
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline
- Superior analytical skills, and advanced MS Excel skills
- Experience administering HRIS systems. Workday experience highly desirable.
- Reporting experience and an associated bank of achievements in a large and complex organisation;
- Proven systems, process and reporting capability in a matrix organisational setting;
- Excellent data collection skills, and proven ability to convert information and data into knowledge, and to communicate that knowledge in a meaningful and useful way/s
