The Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to support the Head of School and senior leaders through high-level administrative and office management services. This key role ensures smooth operations and effective coordination across the School's strategic and operational activities.
This position will coordinate a broad range of administrative tasks including preparing correspondence and reports, coordinating meetings and events and supporting School committees. The position also supports the implementation of the MRH Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Framework and wellbeing initiatives, ensuring all activities are delivered with accuracy, discretion and professionalism.
Success in this role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail and sound judgment in handling confidential information. A relevant degree or equivalent experience, along with excellent communication and time management skills, will ensure success in this dynamic environment.
