About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced HR Partner to join our team in Sydney. The successful candidate will provide strategic HR support to assigned business organization verticals, including organization structure design, HR resource planning, talent mapping, leadership development, and other key areas.
The HR Partner will be responsible for engaging business leaders to drive innovative environments through HR initiatives/tools such as performance management, recognition, and other necessary HR programs.
This role will also involve collaborating with appropriate HR functions to gather information, address concerns proactively, and ensure business compliance with HR programs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide strategic HR support to assigned business organization verticals.
* Design and implement effective HR systems and processes.
* Develop and maintain relationships with business leaders and stakeholders.
* Collaborate with HR functions to ensure business compliance with HR programs.
* Support overall New Zealand site HR related matters.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
