The Role:
Joining a high consistent performing individual, this is a role that will require no less than 100% in everything you do. Through expertise, dedication, and of course, results, you will be responsible for:
* Running open homes and private inspections
* Handling buyer and seller enquiry
* Prospecting, including database calls, letterbox drops, and doorknocking
* Booking and conducting appraisals
* Listing appointments
* Negotiating and closing deals
* Base salary + generous commission splits - HUGE OTE $$
* RARE 2-day weekend
The Successful Candidate:
* QLD Certificate of Registration
* Driver's license
* Previous experience in Real Estate
* MUST have a passion for the Real Estate industry
* Excellent communication skills
* Outstanding organisation and time management
* Ability to deliver high-end customer service to guests, owners, and tenants
* Immaculate presentation
