**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage purchase and sales orders
- Coordinate with production and shipping teams to ensure timely delivery of stock.
- Conduct accurate data entry and process information using company software platforms.
- Generate and update budget, sales, stock, and weekly sell-through reports.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and provide administrative support.
- Handle order processing, article management, and colour matching tasks meticulously.
- Compile and organise submissions for buyer and ad samples, and other requested samples.
- Undertake general administrative tasks as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Ideally a qualification in a fashion-related field.
- Previous experience in the industry is advantageous.
- A proactive approach and ability to take initiative.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
