Cloud Engineers (Mid & Senior) - NV2/TSPV Highly Desirable

About the Opportunity
We are seeking multiple Cloud Engineers to support the design, build, and optimisation of secure cloud environments across large-scale, high-impact programs.
These roles span mid-level and senior engineers, offering the opportunity to work across AWS and Azure environments, modern security frameworks, and emerging cloud technologies.
You will contribute to building secure, scalable, and resilient cloud platforms while working alongside high-performing engineering teams.
Role 1: Cloud Engineer (Mid-Level)
About the Role
This role is ideal for engineers with solid cloud experience looking to further develop their capability across cloud infrastructure, security, and automation.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the design and implementation of cloud infrastructure solutions (AWS/Azure)
* Collaborate with teams to optimise performance, security, and cost efficiency
* Implement and manage security controls aligned to best practice frameworks
* Assist with proof of concept (PoC) development and testing environments
* Work with identity and access solutions such as Azure Active Directory
* Contribute to cloud security initiatives, including Zero Trust concepts
* Support integration of new tools and technologies into cloud environments
* Assist in analysing current architectures and contributing to future-state designs
Skills & Experience
* Minimum 3+ years' experience in Cloud Engineering (AWS/Azure)
* Experience implementing and managing cloud security controls
* Understanding of Azure IaaS and PaaS services
* Experience with backup, disaster recovery, and resilience strategies
* Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills
* Relevant qualifications in IT or cloud technologies (desirable)
Role 2: Senior Cloud Engineer (Lead)
About the Role
This role is suited to experienced engineers who can provide technical leadership, architecture input, and strategic direction across cloud platforms.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the design and implementation of cloud infrastructure and architecture solutions
* Optimise cloud environments for security, performance, and reliability
* Work closely with stakeholders to design scalable and secure cloud solutions
* Lead implementation of cloud security frameworks and controls
* Drive adoption of modern cloud practices and emerging technologies
* Oversee proof of concept initiatives and architecture validation activities
* Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to deliver outcomes
* Provide guidance and mentorship to other engineers
Skills & Experience
* Minimum 5+ years' experience in Cloud Engineering (AWS/Azure)
* Strong experience in cloud architecture and infrastructure design
* Deep understanding of Azure IaaS, PaaS, networking, and identity services
* Experience implementing security frameworks and controls in cloud environments
* Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership capability
* Experience working in complex, enterprise environments
