We are seeking a Human-Centred Designer to join our team.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work with end users, business stakeholders and project teams to design, test and evaluate UX solutions that meet agency requirements with thoughtful design and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
 * Use evidence-based research to gain meaningful insights into user needs and behaviours.
 * Apply a wide range of standard UX design methods and adapt them to different contexts to communicate design concepts and solutions.
 * Design assets such as user flows, prototypes, wireframes and other materials for proof of concepts and usability testing.
 * Conduct design workshops, presentations and user research to communicate concepts and gather feedback from stakeholders and users.
Requirements
 * Proven experience in wireframing, prototyping and interactive design, with proficiency in design tools such as Figma or similar software.
 * Demonstrated skills in user or customer journey mapping and business process analysis.
 * Experience conducting and leading quantitative and qualitative user research and using data to measure the effectiveness of design changes.
 * Proven ability to deliver project and operational deliverables within deadlines while managing multiple priorities.
 * Experience developing design systems is highly desirable.

Estimated salary: $99,562 – $111,590 (plus 15.4% superannuation)
