About the Role We are currently hiring a Water Truck Operator/ Garden Labourer to assist with various tasks related to garden maintenance. This is a hands-on role that requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Responsibilities Assist with garden maintenance tasks such as hedging, weeding, pruning, and mulching. Operating water trucks to transport and distribute water for drilling, hydraulic fracturing, and other oilfield operations. Operate hand tools and power equipment safely and effectively under the guidance of experienced team members. Load and unload materials, plants, and equipment from trucks and trailers. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas, tools, and equipment. Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team members. About You Previous experience in landscaping, gardening, or a related field is preferred. Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, bend, squat, kneel, and stand for extended periods. Valid Driver's licence (requirement) Valid MR or HR Rigid licence required Strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to the highest standards. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team. White Card Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain. Ongoing safety training programs and resources available.
