Job Title
The NSW Department of Communities and Justice is seeking a Compliance Manager Records to regulate, guide, and influence official recordkeeping and information management across the organisation.
* An expert will develop and manage the implementation of policies, standards, and practice guidance to promote continual improvement of government recordkeeping and compliance with the Act.
* Manage projects, research, and analysis of records and information management developments.
* Provide expert guidance, advice, and services to Business Units on information and records management policy and governance, recordkeeping issues, and strategic approaches to key information and records risks.
Essential requirements include:
* Possession of archives/records/information management qualifications acceptable for professional membership of the Australian Society of Archivists or other combination of qualifications and experience deemed to be equivalent.
* Experience reviewing and managing a complex retention and disposal process.
* Current Working with Children's Check (WWCC).
This is an ongoing full-time opportunity working 35 hours per week in Liverpool with access to hybrid work arrangements. The salary range is $116,211 - $128,061 per annum plus super and annual leave loading.
