Role Overview
This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated sales professional to represent a market-leading portfolio across the Aged Care, Community and emerging Hospital sectors. Working closely with dealers, clinicians and end-users, you will deliver high-quality sales and clinical support across a portfolio that includes beds, mattresses, seating, rehab equipment and complex mobility solutions.
About the Role
Key Responsibilities include:
* Manage and grow sales within the Sydney South & NSW South territory
* Build strong relationships with clinicians, procurement teams, OTs, nurses and aged care decision-makers
* Provide product demonstrations, training and clinical support
* Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into sustainable growth
As a Territory Manager, you will become a product expert and trusted advisor across the equipment portfolio.
Requirements
We are looking for someone with experience in medical or healthcare sales. Alternatively, a strong attitude, motivation and willingness to learn are equally valued. Key requirements include:
* Confident engaging with clinicians—including nurses, occupational therapists and aged care professionals
* Passionate, proactive and driven, with a genuine desire to improve patient care through quality equipment
* Strong understanding of the aged care sector and relevant product categories
* Tertiary qualifications in Health Sciences, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Nursing or Science are highly desirable
