You will work collaboratively with other education professionals, children, and families to develop and implement innovative educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the National Quality Standards and Early Years Learning Framework, and a passion for mentoring and supporting educators to achieve excellence in education.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our learning programs. This includes assessing children's learning and development, setting clear goals and expectations for teaching practices, and contributing to overall quality improvement.

Requirements:
* Tertiary qualifications in Early Childhood Education approved by ACECQA.
