Corporate Legal Secretary Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Legal Secretary to join our team in Sydney.

As a key member of our secretarial team, you will provide high-level administrative support to partners and associates, ensuring the smooth operation of their daily tasks.

Your responsibilities will include managing diaries, email coordination, meeting and travel arrangements, document production, amendments, and electronic/hard filing.

You will also assist with monthly billing, expense reconciliation, and financial reporting, as well as collaborate with other teams and secretaries in a collegiate work environment.

To be successful in this role, you will require a minimum of 3 years of legal secretarial experience, preferably in a Corporate team. You must possess strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise effectively.

In addition, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and document management systems ideally Aderant. A team player with a flexible, proactive, and client-focused approach is essential for this role.
