As our Finance Officer, you'll play a key role in keeping our financial operations running smoothly and ensuring accuracy, compliance, and excellence in everything from reconciliation to reporting.
This is more than a back‐office role. You'll be a valued part of a passionate, growing team, working from our Coffs Harbour office on a part-time 6‐month contract.

What You'll Be Doing
* Managing invoices, billing, payments and reconciliations.
* Assisting with processing Home Care Package/Support at Home statements, including claims and reconciliations.
* Supporting cash flow management and assisting with ad‐hoc finance duties.
* Maintaining accurate, up‐to‐date financial records.
* Collaborating with our National Finance team.
What You'll Bring
* Proven experience in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
* Aged Care experience would be great, especially an understanding of Home Care Packages/Support at Home.
* Strong attention to detail, organisation, and time management skills.
* A collaborative mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.
* Exceptional customer service skills and a flexible, solutions‐focused attitude.
