Job Title
We are seeking a Territory Manager to join our Field Sales team in The Hills territory.
This individual will build strong relationships with key customers, drive sales to achieve display and sales targets within their assigned territory, and uphold high standards in execution and compliance of in-store activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sales and Business Development:
o Builds and maintains relationships with Key Customers to maximise sales opportunities each session.
o Meets Key customer contacts to Upsell major activities and negotiate additional display activity.
* In-Store Execution:
o Ensures Quality, Freshness, and Standards of in-store execution meet those set under the Store Guidelines.
o Develops plans to achieve all display and Execution Quality targets outlined in the Activity Guide.
o Ensures the Availability of all Point-of-Sale Material for activations in-store, including ordering of all POS to Local Sheds in a timely manner.
Requirements:
Applicants should have a passion for FMCG or field sales, along with excellent communication skills, the ability to influence and build relationships, and a proven track record of delivering results in sales and business development roles.
