Senior Groomer
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Groomer to join our team of pet pampering experts. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of dogs, providing high-standard grooming services that exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive sales growth and achieve profit targets by delivering exceptional service and promoting additional services to clients.
* Coordinate salon operations, including bookings, client communication, and staff management.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of breed clips, grooming standards, and product information.
* Develop and coach junior groomers to enhance their skills and performance.
* Foster a culture of safety within the salon by promoting best practices and reporting incidents or near misses.
Requirements:
* Prior experience as a senior dog groomer or stylist.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Knowledge of breed clips, grooming standards, and product information.
