You will oversee account assignments, quota management, Salesforce hygiene, and project execution, serving as a primary point of contact for escalations and process improvements.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & Performance ManagementTrack and optimise training KPIs, ensuring key deliverables are exceededProject Management & CommunicationOversee incoming requests, ensuring effective sprint planning and task executionServe as the primary point of contact for queries related to project progress, scope, and recent reporting initiativesAccount Assignments & Data ManagementOversee account transitions, ensuring seamless assignments and adjustmentsConduct regular updates and audits to maintain Salesforce hygiene and complianceManage personnel-driven transfers and ensure accurate data integrityOwnership & Sales Credit DisputesHandle escalations related to account ownership changes and their impact on revenue or sales creditsEnsure proper resolution of sales credit disputes, working closely with key stakeholdersQuota ManagementManage mid-quarter quota adjustments due to account transitions, ensuring fair and accurate allocationsOversee quarterly quota setting at both the pod and individual rep level before each quarter startsRoster Configuration & ManagementManage changes to roster configurations, including updates to fields, picklist values, record layouts, and other system settingsEnsure roster structures align with business needs and operational efficiencyQualificationsProven experience in sales operations management, with a track record of leading high-performing teamsStrong understanding of sales processes, data management, and quota-setting methodologiesExperience managing Salesforce hygiene, account transitions, and reporting processesExcellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to handle multiple prioritiesAbility to manage escalations related to account ownership, sales credit disputes, and revenue impactProficiency in Salesforce, Google Sheets, Excel, Tableau, and other sales toolsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive data-driven decision-makingPreferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related fieldExperience in sales, digital marketing, or sales analyticsFamiliarity with agile project management methodologiesSeniority & Employment DetailsSeniority level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Business Development and SalesIndustries: IT Services and IT Consulting
