About Flower Child Cafe
Flower Child Cafe currently holds three venues in Sydney. We are positioned to offering the best cafe dine in experience that customers are really appreciate it for sharing with their loved ones.
We are currently recruiting the following roles:
Venue Manager (WARRINGAH STORE & CASTLE TOWERS)
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Day to day cafe & restaurant operation directly working with the head chef and general manager;
- Great barista experience and knowledge would be a bonus but not essential;
- Recruit new staff, and provide training to existing and/or new staff members;
- Help the company in achieving desired targets and results;
- Make & Approve rosters with an eye of payroll budget (Experience in using Deputy will be great);
- Revenue driven with eyes on labour cost;
- Stock orders for FOH and organising any repairs if necessary;
- Be reliable with high level of commitment, and be able to work on both weekends and any other days when you have to step in;
- Experience in using social media will be great too;
- Have your own transport or otherwise staff rate parking is available at $7 a day.
- Previous experience in management in a venue with at least 30 seats;
- Can do attitude with a strong commitment to the company;
- Have full rights in working Australia;
- A passion for food, coffee & hospitality;
- Be professional, punctual and well presented;
- Ability to work in a fast paced atmosphere;
- Can lead and train any type of staff;
**Salary**: $63,000.00 - $69,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
Supplementary Pay:
- Performance bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Castle Hill, NSW 2154: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
