Triskele Labs are a fast growing cybersecurity consultancy with Head Office in South Melbourne and locations across Australia. We haver grown from a team of 2 in 2014 to now over 60. Our goal is to be the leading boutique provider of cybersecurity services and grow our team considerably over the next 2 years. All our staff sourcing to date has been undertaken by our People and Culture Manager. As the team grows, we are looking for our first Recruitment Consultant to act as both an internal and external recruiter.
**Responsibilities**:
- Fill roles internal to Triskele Labs across Advisory, Offensive and Defensive
- Fill roles external to Triskele Labs
- Develop a pipeline of clients and foster long-term relationships
- Understand client requirements
- Assume responsibility of pre-interview screening
- Create relationships with job seekers and provide advice
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as recruitment consultant, HR consultant or similar position
- Understanding of sourcing and recruiting techniques
- Sales/Customer service skills
- Outstanding communication ability
- Confident and pleasant personality
- Well-organized
- Ability to work with targets
- Sound judgement
