Who We’re Looking For
We are currently seeking passionate and reliable educators located in Blacktown and surrounding areas who meet our strict compliance criteria.
We are recruiting educators who hold:
* A completed Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care OR
* A completed Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
(Please note: we do not accept working towards, equivalent, or overseas equivalent qualifications.)
To be eligible, you must also have:
* A completed and current First Aid and CPR certification
* A completed Child Protection certificate – CHCPRT025 Identify and report children and young people at risk
* A minimum of 6 months paid working experience in the early childhood education and care sector
* The ability and willingness to travel to different services for shifts
* A strong commitment to professionalism, flexibility, and high-quality care
This role is ideal for educators who enjoy variety, adaptability, and working across multiple services.

* Support and implement age-appropriate learning experiences
