We are seeking a highly skilled Horticulture Team Leader to support our operations at a leading agricultural site in South Australia.
* The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team, with strong leadership skills.
The successful applicant will have a strong background in horticultural operations and farm management, with experience in the management of potato, carrot, and onion crops.
* Diploma in a relevant field plus at least 1 year of relevant experience or at least 3 years of relevant experience.
* Experience in horticultural operations/farm management.
Responsibilities
1. Plan and coordinate the work of general farm workers and labourers.
2. Carry out and oversee the planting program.
3. Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations.
