* Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight across the region
* Maintain full P&L responsibility, including financial performance, forecasting and growth delivery
* Build and manage high-value relationships with defence, law enforcement and government agencies
* Lead senior-level contract negotiations and represent the organisation in public, regulatory and industry forums
* Oversee major proposals, tenders and procurement engagements in complex and regulated environments
* Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and alignment with global quality and safety standards
We are seeking a commercially confident, strategically-minded executive with strong operational grounding and a collaborative leadership style. This leader will bring:
* Significant executive leadership experience with full P&L responsibility, ideally in a medium-sized enterprise with a regional or multi-jurisdictional footprint
* A proven background in the defence, law enforcement, aerospace, government contracting or public safety sector, with a clear understanding of public procurement frameworks and regulatory environments
* Demonstrated success leading major tenders, bids or strategic pursuits, particularly within highly regulated industries
* Strong financial and commercial acumen, with experience overseeing forecasting, budgeting, cost controls and performance reporting
* Exceptional people leadership capabilities with a demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, develop talent and cultivate a high-performing workplace culture
* Experience managing external relationships at the most senior levels, including with military clients, government stakeholders, regulatory agencies and industry bodies
* Familiarity with ISO-certified environments and proven risk and quality management leadership
* Tertiary qualifications in business, commerce, engineering or defence-related disciplines, with additional governance or program management credentials being highly regarded
