About the company
Mobility 360 is a South Australian-owned provider of high-quality mobility aids and accessories, supporting customers across home care, aged care, rehabilitation, and community health. Our product range includes walkers, lift and recline chairs, daily living aids, pressure care, manual handling equipment, and bathroom safety solutions.

We work closely with health professionals, support providers, and individuals to deliver mobility products that enhance comfort, independence, and quality of life. Our caring, hands-on approach ensures every client receives personalised service and advice tailored to their needs.

About the role
This role is responsible for developing and managing customer relationships and driving sales for Mobility 360’s product range across the Adelaide region. You’ll work directly with clients, allied health professionals, and care providers to deliver trusted advice, product demonstrations, and sales support from initial enquiry through to after-sales follow-up.

Key responsibilities

* Manage and grow a network of customers across aged care, community care, and rehabilitation.

* Identify new business opportunities, plan and conduct client visits, and build relationships with key decision-makers.

* Conduct product presentations and in-home demonstrations to showcase our mobility solutions.

* Prepare and follow up on quotes, proposals, and sales documentation.

* Coordinate with internal teams to support order processing, delivery, and service follow-up.

* Maintain accurate CRM records, activity tracking, and sales reports.

* Stay current with product developments and ensure compliance with relevant healthcare equipment standards.

About you

* Experience in sales within the healthcare, aged care, or mobility equipment industry (preferred).

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.

* Excellent organisational and planning abilities, with disciplined follow-up.

* Confident presenting and demonstrating equipment to clients and clinicians.

* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a supportive team.

* Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel for client visits.(vehicle provided)
