Who Should Apply:

Requirements:
Counsellors must be members of the Australian Counselling Association (Level 3 or Level 4), Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (Clinical Membership), Australian Association of Social Workers (Accredited Social Workers or Clinical Social Workers), or Australian Psychological Society (Clinical Psychologist or Counselling Psychologist)
- 3 years of experience counselling adults.
- A private environment for conducting sessions.
- Must have qualified liability insurance.
- Must pass a background check.
- Reliable Internet connection.
**New providers in Australia. Must complete onboarding and take the first client within 14 days.
Counsellors are not BetterHelp employees but independent contractors.
