Dental Assistant and Reception
This role provides an opportunity to be part of a dedicated team that supports the delivery of quality dental care services.
Responsibilities:

Support dentists and oral health therapists during treatments, ensuring patient comfort and safety at all times.
* Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control protocols to prevent cross-contamination.
* Prepare rooms and equipment for each procedure, ensuring a smooth workflow.
* Manage front-of-house operations, including appointment scheduling and recall management.
* Process payments, invoices, HICAPS, and health fund claims efficiently.
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to patient enquiries and resolving issues professionally.
* Contribute to a welcoming and organized environment by maintaining patient records, updating databases, and managing stock levels.
* Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless clinic flow and efficient use of resources.
* Create a positive and supportive atmosphere for patients, promoting their overall well-being.
Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Demonstrated experience in administration, preferably in a healthcare setting.
* Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
* Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information securely.
* Familiarity with infection control procedures and compliance with regulatory requirements.
