An exciting opportunity exists to join the dynamic Community Health team at Mona Vale. Where you'll be working:
NSHNS Mona Vale Centre Community health building 4 Coronation St Mona Vale

What you'll be doing:
The admin officer will be required to complete administrative tasks in a timely and efficient manner and support the Nurse Unit Manager (NUM) and Nursing staff. The incumbent will assist with phone enquiries from patients, their family and carers, efficiently and courteously, referring to the appropriate clinician for patient information.

People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background encouraged to apply.

Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:

1. Highly professional phone manner and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Ability to be self-motivated with good time management skills.
3. Well-developed computer skills including accurate data entry skills.
