Base Salary from $108,557 17% superannuation About the opportunity The Quality Assurance Lead role sits in the Applications, Software Engineering and DevOps area, and is responsible for the development of the test framework and execution of the test strategy. The scope of this role is to proactively lead the Web development testing process within an agile framework, and specifically with the development and execution on the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). This requires a close working relationship with the web development team and marketing stakeholder groups. Your key responsibilities will be to: test Planning & Strategy: Define and document test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on AEM requirements and project goals functional Testing: Validate components, templates, workflows, and authoring functionalities within AEM regression Testing: Ensure existing features function correctly after updates or enhancements. Assist in the development of standards, methods, or procedures to validate product quality or release readiness content Authoring Validation: Test the usability and correctness of AEM's authoring interface for business users cross-Browser & cross-device testing: Verify AEM sites perform consistently across different browsers and devices integration testing: Validate integration points with external systems (e.g., 3rd party APIs, analytics, CRMs, etc.) automation testing: Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Playwright or any other AEM-specific frameworks performance testing: Assess site performance under load to ensure optimal user experience defect tracking & reporting: Log bugs, track their status, and provide detailed reports using tools like JIRA collaboration: Work closely with AEM developers, business analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables undertakes ad-hoc projects and other activities, as and when required by management. About you Bachelor's Degree in an ICT or related discipline a broad background consisting of exposure to a variety of different types of automated testing, including system, integration, regression, performance, acceptance etc demonstrated knowledge and experience with test plan, and ideally development and execution on the Adobe Experience Manager and integration testing advanced knowledge of contemporary software quality assurance processes, methodologies and testing tools highly developed verbal and written communication skills, including ability to prepare and present communications for stakeholder groups at varying levels strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to develop sound relationships with stakeholders by building credibility and demonstrating professionalism.
